- What kind of fabric is Aqalogy underwear made out of?

Aqalogy underwear garments are made of high quality cotton yarns. A small amount of spandex is added to fabric in order to ensure the elasticity and perfect fit. Aqalogy garments are made of fabric that contains: 95% of cotton and 5% of spandex.

- Where is Aqalogy underwear made?

Fabrics are manufactured in the middle of Europe, in Slovakia, then they are printed in Czech Republic and transferred back to Slovakia, where they are sewed into final products. Garments themselves proudly bear the label – Made in European Union.

- Do you ship Aqalogy underwear worldwide?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide, or everywhere where the post offices are able to deliver.

- How long does it take to deliver the garments?

Delivery time highly depends on country of your residence. Within Europe, we are able to deliver our garments in 3-10 business days. Delivery to US takes 6-10 business days. Shipping to other countries takes approximately 6 to 21 business days. Each order is processed within 24 hours.

Delivery within Slovakia takes 1, max. 2 days.

- How do I find out my correct size?

The very last picture in each product’s gallery is a size chart that helps you find the correct size. If you are still unsure about your size, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

- If my Aqalogy underwear still doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?

Indeed, you can exchange the products within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware of the fact that returned items have to be unworn with all tags still attached and in their original packaging, not damaged or impaired in any way. We will send you the correct size immediately after we receive your returned item.
