Return Policy

In our Aqalogy Team we will work as hard as we can  /even more/ to provide you with best services and perfect products! . Your satisfactions is our priority! We are taking into consideration that sometimes there is a situation when you will need to Exchange or Return your Aqalogy item.

Unworn and unlaundered Aqalogy products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the item(s) remain unworn and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.

For all other returns, standard shipping fees apply to the replacement item(s). The exchange shipping cost must be paid before your exchange items can be shipped out to you.

Refunds for exchanges/returns will be issued for the value of good plus applicable tax ONLY. No original shipping charges will be refunded.
